and rear facing cameras, that is not good. (had me worried for a minute) But I think (or hope) I missed all them and just passed a copper at the road-side with a lazer, strangely on the same bit of road on the A303, on my side, both times i used the road. |

Re: The TV Mini Mehga thread.
Last night wasn't the right Tuesday. I was at work so it couldn't have been.

Re: The TV Mini Mehga thread.
Tell me about it. We were just trundling down the dual carriageway and I saw the gantry. Something didn't quite look right - the cameras were pointing the wrong way.
Still, had a nice little sprint with a 911 Turbo a bit further down the road. They pick up speed quite well - almost well enough for me to bother changing down a gear.

Re: The TV Mini Mehga thread.
Thats the thing with the A38, they just sit up on the bridges and can be quite hard to spot. Doesnt half make me giggle though when your playing with an M3 and you spot the camera but they dont.
The problem is though, is that its just such a boring stretch of road, can be fairly difficult to just sit at 70 and not get bored and wna press on. |

Re: The TV Mini Mehga thread.
I drew the line at 160 while playing with the 911.
This was the A38 in the midlands, mind, not down in bumpkin country.

Re: The TV Mini Mehga thread.
Entirely un-bike related question.......
I know you lot used to frequent the Shire Horse over Maidenhead way. Is the food any good there? Got to feed 4 adults and 5 kids on a Sunday afternoon over in that general direction. Any recommendations? Cheers, Mark

Re: The TV Mini Mehga thread.
Food is quite good in my opinion. Especially the mixed grill. Yum yum.

Re: The TV Mini Mehga thread.
And good variety too! They do have two courses for $10, but that may be week days only.
