I can do structural designs...

I could even oversee the work too if you like... has been a long time since I got mashed in plymouth!

Is the "significant half" and the "conservatory" pubs still there?

The sniffyc*ntarse is no longer, and has changed hands twice since then and the c*ntservatory has changed too. We still have plenty of other classy () establishments though! lol

Structural work aye? Might wanna dig the cellar out as it's not quite full height. Just wanna be able to stand up in there. How deep do Victorian/Edwardian foundations usually go down?

Depends a lot on what the house is built on.

A small test hole dug at one side will go a long way to tell you how deep they are

I spent 12 great months working on the 9 dock project a while ago, lived in the lord beresford in devonport and was out most evenings in the town

Spend much time in the Union Rooms? I used to be a manager in there until February last year, and worked there for 6 years!

Looks like I'll have to find a decent rat hole of a pub to get bladdered nightly in on the next job.
Shouldnt be too hard in a heavily quaker populated area...
