I looked at all of the bikes you mentioned and couldn't resist the big twins for sheer noice, character and fun and ended up with a Firestorm. Haven't regretted it yet its awesome!

CBR600 - Good but a bit on the dull side unless you are talking new versions.

ZX6R - My choice out of the bunch but aparently fairings break if you so much as look at them.

GSXR600 - Good bike if you can find one that hasn't been thrashed to death.

Apart from a small test to see if you made the right decision and then end up with a kwak again like me!

Well I wont be having it till the spring which is good for my pocket, the insurance is quite reasonable too then. So ill be stripping the SV for track mode
