Orange are exactly the same. I've had the same issues with my daughter's iPhone, Apple said to send everything back via their courier, so daughter did - including the SIM - courier lost the package, we now have another phone but no SIM, and trying to get one off of Orange is impossible. I've lost count of how many calls we've made to people who don't speak intelligible English, it's so frustrating, and I've cancelled the direct debit in the hope that this will prompt a call from someone who knows what they're talking about.

Better rally the troops though dude, there's not that much good weather left. We had a big org group do Mallory last year in November. Would NOT recommend doing that again; it was fooking dangerous and painfully cold
