Mark, I'm so so sorry to hear this. I'll keep everything crossed that it gets found. Hugs.

That sucks! I hate bike thieves. Hopefully someone will see something. Any CCTV in your area, thieves would have had to be in a van of some sort and at 2.30am I can't imagine there'd be many vans on the road.

Feel for you, I had a car pinched once and know the feeling. Obviously an organised lift.

Public disembowelling seems a firm but fair penalty.

I like this. Although I would prefer to see their light fingers superglued to a rear tyre, closely followed by somebody hitting a burnout

Or as an alternative just nail their nuts to it instead!

Bad bad people.

Mark, I am so sorry to hear this. It's a truly gut wrenching feeling when you realise you have been robbed and I hope you are ok.

You never know...it might turn up yet, but I am amazed the alarm wasn't triggered. They must have been very well organised and very quick. I wonder if they knew the bike and were just waiting for you to get back so that they could take it. You are lucky though. When an old friend of mine had a car stolen in similar circumstances in Bristol a few years back, he didn't go in to make a brew. He was smacked over the head with a bottle jack so that they could drive the car off, so at least it is just the bike that is gone and no harm came to you.

Thieving scum...deserve everything they will hopefully get one day.
