No that reminds you to turn the oven off. To remind you to adjust the levers you have to stick a post it note onto a Melon and then balance it on top of your helmet

I don't have any pink paint mate, so I had to put a spider down my cod piece instead. Good shout though! Must remember to buy some pink paint from B&Q. I'll draw a swastika on my girlfriends forehead tonight as a reminder.

I really meant how long solid riding, I'd be aching slightly after 2 hours solid but not after 1. It definitely does improve with practice but stance on the bike also makes a big difference so higher bars would help.
