I wouldn't wear one. If it went off it would dismember Larry

if they are as good as they claim them to be then are they widely used already in bsb, wsbk, and moto gp.

I think one of the 250GP riders was testing it at the last round.

Hi I got it on ebay, turned out it was M&P. Can't see any on there now but this http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/New-G...Q5fMerchandise
looks different, but basically the same thing. might be the same maufacturer mine is Motoair instead of Hitair but they might use both names.
Cheers

Its probably been said but i couldn't be bothered to trawl through al the posts but as far as i see it the sliding part isn't a problem.

its the stopping suddenly. i would have like to seen the test rider put his faith in it and hit a wall at that speed something make me think he wouldn't.

ok so the air would act as a progressive cushion slowing you down at a slower rate possibly saving you from major bruising but still if you hit a wall at 30mph whats gunna stop you internal organs at a progressive rate.

i lost a friend two years ago he hit a pot hole whilst cranked over lost the front and slid into a dry stone wall. dead at the scene. coroners report showed no damage to any bones no breaks or anything but the the force of his heart hitting his rib cage tore his artery off.

maybe been short sighted but id rather stick with my leathers and back protector and rib protector and hope im lucky enough that when i do have a spill i avoid anything solid.

all the best

MJP
