Re: R6 throttle
Thanks all. Have also ordered one. Will let you know how the mod goes. Hopefully I'll be able to use plastic cement or something to put it back together after I've chopped it up

Re: R6 throttle
Put my throttle tube on today and what a difference! Much smoother response from the throttle well worth the money!

Re: R6 throttle
How long does the swap take, and would it fit the same on a naked curvy?

Re: R6 throttle
I just compared my standard throttle action with sl0th86's and mine was about 20 degrees longer. I think I'll do that mod when I change my throttle cables.

Re: R6 throttle
Got around to doing this today. No cutting necessary and took me about 15 mins from start to finish. Apart from destroying the head of the screw doing it up I encountered no problems. Much better action, though I may have to loose off the top cable a little at the housing end (there's no slack whatsoever).

Re: R6 throttle
Yeah i think i maxed out my adjuster but its the right amount of play so its all good! Gear changes and rev matching made a huge improvement for me!
