Where would you go.....
If you had 7 days leave to take this calendar year....
Not thinking adventure holiday, or anything to do with bikes. More get away for a week, turn the brain off - and have some heat. Not too keen of the canaries.... No where is too far. Go! |

I hear Cape Verde is nice, boring, but nice.
Take some pasta sauce with you in the suit case, just in case

Re: Where would you go.....
Years ago I went to Side in Turkey. Hot, loads and loads of history if you want to find it and not a massive flight.

Re: Where would you go.....
Easy Jet to Sardinia. Lovely people, nice views and a lovely place.
I last went there in 2004 and had a thoroughly relaxing and wonderful time. Mind you I left the towns and wandered off into the mountains where I found peace and tranquillity. It is entirely possible to roam about feeling very peaceful and just enjoying the culture. I would go there again, but my other half has a weird thing about going to Europe! |

Re: Where would you go.....
What about if you've 13 days left to take, but can't take any more than 2 consecutive days because of meetings and no one to cover for you which is the situation I find myself in.
