His first hello thread I was reading that earlier and laughing..... was also ROFL at one where he replied to somebody saying the fuel light was annoying what could they do about it..... Hovis' reply..... Go to the garage put petrol in, pay the lady and leave and your light/problem is gone!

He once said that the first time he was going to meet you at a rideout he was sh!t scared as he knew you found him annoying and wondered what you would say to him!

I remember it well, I was a bit worried about meeting him to. I thought it was all gonna kick off or he'd give me a right ear bending. Suffice to say, he and not for the first time completely surprised me... funnily enough the ear bendings about the forum got worse the better I got to know him....

By a strange quirk of fate, this morning on my way into the office the first truck I passed as I peeled onto the bypass 100 yards from my house, was a Hovis lorry.

Have just found this pic, brought a smile to my face, taken at the peaks rideout a few week back. Hovis had managed to sneak some black pudding away from the breakfast table that morning, typical!

One of my many memories. The man bought some boots, very erm, interesting boots, a while before the AR07 as he was going to wear them to it. He couldn't fit in them, so I bought them off him. They are in my garage, and every time I tried to sell them, they never sold. Suffice to say, they will not leave my possession now. I will find a picture of them.
