Don't forget the clocks go forward tonight.
It's 'lose an hours sleep' time (if you have to get up for anything that is) Unlike the Autumn one if you forget this one you're late for everything (get it wrong in the Autumn you're early for the meets) Personally I like it - I find my body clock naturally moves forward around this time of year, cos of the light mornings. It just means I get back in tune with the rest of the civilised world, instead of starting the day at 5.30, whether I want to or not! On the up side, it does mean lighter evenings, so more time to go for a ride after work x
