How many friction plates in an SV clutch?
I think I know the answer (7, one with the dampers and 6 plain) but I was just looking on the fiche for the part number for the damped (no 2) friction plate and the fiche has 8 plates shown. The service manual shows 7, and I'm reasonably sure that's right, but I wanted to check before I order the one I need in case i also need another plain plate...
Answers on a postcard please!
