Default Heated Glove Liners.

Has anyone tried these?

http://www.spillioutdoorworld.com/in...le/Page531.htm

I'm after something that isnt powered by the bike battery, and all the heated gloves are either too expensive, wrongly powered or don't offer enough protection. So I was thinking of some kind of heated inner glove with armoured summer glove combo...anybody got any ideas?

cheers

No good for long trips and I doubt their power. But a good option I suppose. Why don't you want to use the bike battery? Is it because (like me) you wouldn't like to be strapped to the bike?

a) I dont want to be strapped to the bike, thats just too much faffing and b) I wouldn't mind carrying extra batteries under the seat if it worked well. Went for a ride this morning and my hands were so cold I came home after 15 miles, rubbish !!!

And c) with the alarm and the cold weather I don't want anymore drain on the bike battery.

You do know the gloves would disconnect straight away in an off, right?

Yeah I know that I'm getting some but it still bothers me for some reason. It's like I don't like pointy objects near my eyes I know they're not going to jump into my eye but still don't like it. Just a weird self preservation thing...
