Altberg boots.........again
Sorry for the repeated plug, but they are great boots. Anyway, just received this e-mail message from them, in case it's of interest to anyone in the Midlands area. If you're thinking of getting any it is very well worth having a proper fitting, they are experts in making boots and the walking boots they did for me in a narrow fitting and with a harder wearing sole are absolutely superb, not to mention the Clubman Classic bike boots...........

I spent a short time in the RAF Regiment Auxilliaries and a few of the lads had Altbergs. They come very highly recommended.
