How much does your insurance cost?
(so as not to derail magnum's thread any further with all our insurance costs)
If you don't mind me asking (I know some people can get a bit funny talking facts & figures so don't post up if you're one of them), how much is your insurance? It seems to vary so wildly from policy to policy but I can see there is some kind of formula to it all... bike: 2005 sv1000 s anniversary age: 23 year old licence: 2 years NCB: 2 years Postcode: York Points: None Claims/Accidents: None Security: datatool vito, datatag, oxford monster chain £340 fully comp with http://www.motorcycledirect.co.uk/

mine is
bike: 2003 SV1000S (Fully Faired) age: 31 year old licence: 2 months (car 13 years) NCB: 0 years on bike (car 5 years) Postcode: Newport se wales Points: 3 Claims/Accidents: None Security: Datatag Fully Comp with MCE its about £412 give or take. although i can get the exact figure if needed. Don't mind sharing the info it it helps. |

age: 17 year old licence: ~1 year NCB: 0 years Postcode: RG19 Points: None Claims/Accidents: None Security: Motrax Chain, undeclared smar****er (silly me) Currently on £540 per year, however I have found it for basically half that, £230, so I will be with them. Currently with Direct Choice underwritten by Axa. The £230 policy is with MCE.
