Don't you just love it when your mobile contract is up for renewal

Just had a call from Vodafone as I've just asked for my PAC.

After a bit of haggling and serval "great" offers I've now been offered HTC Desire HD, 700 xnet minutes, 3000 landline minutes, 250 text and 500meg data usage. For £25 pm for 18 months (18 month contract)

Should I snatch their hand off or push even harder for a better deal,

take it off orange is £35 per month for that phone, or £25 + £140 if i was to stay with them on 24month

Depends how much you want a new phone,

Its very cheap now to get sim only deals?

Thinking of trying to get a 1 month rolling contract with vodafone, same usage, my phone just very cheap. And waiting to get a good deal on a HTC Thunderbolt.

Bought mine a new phone at Christmas, as her old phone was knackered and I had run out of ideas for presents.

It was pink and seemed to satisfiy her

I just got the Desire HD, impressed with the phone so far, except the battery life is truly awful, at the moment it needs charging by the time I get home from work at 6. I have been using it quite a bit but thats unacceptable really. I have played around with some settings and using an app killer to try and improve the battery life so I will see how it pans out. I have also read that the battery improves after a few charging cycles so will wait and see.
