After this kind of thing, although I get the feeling these will be too cold in the coming months. I'll be fitting some heated grips.

These look more like motocross gloves, they have very little protection on the palm of the hand. I can imagine they would be useless in an off.

Nuff said. Any recommendations for a poor person like me?

Worth having just for these features I reckon
8 Palm of your hand the entire piece Bucharest slip resistant seamless design particles, and reduce the effect of strengthening the non-slip fall car torn off cause the seams. 9 Tiger's mouth suede protection and reduces the time between the use of gloves and motorcycle wear and increased grip handle. Leather thumb stick impact protection.

Look out for Lidl or Aldi having a motorcycle specific special.
I know its not much help right now, but their motorcycle gloves are as cheap as chips, but warm and give good protection for the same money you'd pay for these gloves. If not how about these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HELD-SUMME...item2314d6c7bb

+1 what mav said. These buffalo storms aren't bad gloves imo and not to expensive. Go to the bike shops and try some on if you can.

Or the Buffalo bays if you want a more summery (sp?) glove.

And anyway how much do you value your hands?
I bought a 2nd hand pair of Hein Gericke Racing extreme gloves, barely used for £40, £80 NEW Best in test for the under £80 group in Ride magazine. They're just getting to that fits like a glove stage The other good gloves in the same group were the Tuzo TZG -10 FOR £39.99 For an all weather glove the rated the Spada Enforcer which was £44.99 But cheaper still was the Tuzo TZG-5 or the Tech 7-sonic both at £29.99, and these were only rated a couple of points below the Spada's
