Well, not so much help as suggestions. Im in the market for a new one and could do with some suggestions. Not really after a full mechanical one thats way over £100, just something for everyday use. Anyone got one that they use regularly that they would recommend?
Thanks in advance peeps. |

For me I prefer to buy one with a dock for charging the mouse so you're not going through batteries.
Had a trust one (£1 ![]() Then again this reckons it has a year's battery life http://www.dabs.com/products/logitec...200&origin=pla If it's anything near that, the inconvenience of it going and leaving you without suddenly (temporarily) would outweigh the clutter and more frequent recharging.

Just a good branded one with good reviews (amazon search?... Hopefully will list if it has a dock too.. Maybe search 'rechargeable wireless mouse and keyboard' ) Logitech or Microsoft I have good experience with ... Trust for a good budget brand.
No current specific recommendations though, sorry

Fair enough. Already looking at just Microsoft and Logitech. Ive used Trust before and wasnt over keen on them to be honest. Currently doing the rounds of reading reviews etc. but just wondered if anyone had any ideas to save me some time.

I got the Logitech MX5500 keyboard and mouse combo about 3 months ago from Currys.
I've tried searching on Currys website and on PCWorld but can't find it (maybe its discontinued). I found it on Amazon but the price I paid in Currys was probably 30 quid less.......maybe it was on sale because it was being discontinued. I've had no issues and quite like it, but you could check the Amazon link and read the feedbacks on there. http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B0012MXZ3Y |

I've got an Arc keyboard and mobile mouse 4000, both microsoft, not a combo as such but work fine together
no issues with them whatsoever, had them over 2ish years now so may be updated models, not even had any lag issues gaming with them Last edited by Iansv II; 12-05-13 at 09:25 AM. |

Alright stranger! I like the look of that keyboard apart from the lack of a number keypad. |

So far it seems to be between this:
