Default Alternative rear wheel for '81 Z750?

Thanks to .org I now have the right bearing on the way so I wondered if someone on here might be able to help with my search for a rear wheel for the project.

I think a rear wheel from an ER6 would be about right but I don't have much room in the z750 swingarm. The early eighties weren't known for fat rubber!

I need to know what the measurement is from the centre line of the rear wheel to the face of the sprocket and the disc plus the actual width of a 160 section tyre at its fattest.

I know this is asking a bit much but it might save me a few trips to breakers with a tape measure!

There will be pictures of the old z again soon...

Thanks,

Mark

They wife's 2011 ER6F has the following:

centre to sprocket face is 110mm, centre to disc face is 80mm and the tyre is around 170mm wide.

Ish, different makers tyres of nominally the same size differ, the specific rim size will have an effect too.

Thanks for the measurements, most appreciated.

Seems that this will be too big for the space I have. I reckon I'll end up with a GPz500 wheel.
