You'll need to look on an OS map for suitable lanes or join a 4x4 forum or group that can advise which lanes are open.
Some lanes have tro's (traffic regulation orders) at certain times of the year, some exclude 4 wheeled vehicles altogether. |

I go green laning a fair bit mate but not around Hereford, plus bikes sometimes are allowed on more lanes and sometimes not suitable for big vehicles.
That's why I suggested a specific forum or organisation, the info is in the public domain about the lanes, you just have to do your groundwork, local council can be a good source of info, especially for checking the legality of specific lanes. |
