I've found a cheaper alternative to custom ear plugs
Just bought some of these and I didn't bother gumming them round some headphones but instead made two pairs of custom fit ear plugs and they are excellent and a cheaper alternative to the £60 or so you'll pay for custom fit ones at the bike shows.
As I bought the twin pack I've actually got enough goop to make 4 pairs so may try them with some headphones too. http://earcandi.com/

I think I will have to wear ear plugs with this bike seams sitting up you get loads more wind noise???

this was discussed ages ago about the ebay stuff which is exactly the same stuff, its silicone moulding clay.

Custom easr moulds use the inards of the earphone & the better ones use better quality ones. Means they're much smaller than moulding this stuff round a normal set of earphones. With my crash helmet, I can't wear it for more than half an hour with my Senheisers, so there's no point in me moulding this stuff round them for a custom fit, I would like some custom moulded monitors.
