Default B*st*rd punctures

You go for ages without any problems then two come at once

On Friday, had to go and sort out a blown tyre on my wife's car, and then putting the bike away this morning after a good spin around the Roaches and the Cat & Fiddle, noticed something shiny in the back tyre: the shank of a nail, and it's blowing spit-bubbles at me

On the brightside, it didn't stop the ride; also, the rear wheel spindle was well greased last time it was removed, so one tap and it pulled out with no hassle. So it'll be sorted for next weekend

Default Re: B*st*rd punctures

I had a puncture at the start of a full day of riding around the peak district. Luckily I was only a couple of miles from my ride partner's house and he had a repair kit.
the rear tyre was at 7psi for a few miles... It was not fun at all
