This looks interesting. Also looks same as SV wheel. Any ideas? My front tyre is 120/60 and this is 120/70. Do they both fit?

It's a BAndit 1200 wheel so the spindle size is 20mm, same wheel as an SV. You'll just need new bearings and maybe the inner spacer to fit the 17mm SV front spindle.

Who told you GSXR600 wheel will fit? They're talking Bullocks.

So is it just Bandit 600's and SV wheels that are the same? I can't be faffed with spacers etc.., but knowing the above info helps, cheers guys.

Andy.

I'm not sure if the bandit1200 wheel will fit For some reason I think not but THV may be right.

The Bandit 600(2000 onwards) wheel will fit but you still have to change bearings and spacer to SV ones. Since your wheel is no good all you have to do I guess is buy bearings.

Don't know if the first one would fit but hy would you want to buy that anyway? Spoke design is different . Except you are never going to sell the bike.

Cheers
Ben

Andrew ,

again 'Except you are never going to sell the bike'

Ok let me explain. What I'm trying to tell you is that the wheel spoke design is differenrt from that of the SV650. Even if the wheel would fit when it's time to sell the bike you would most probably have to get another wheel. You are better of buying the right wheel in the first place.

The answer to you last post is no it will not fit. Again for starters the wheel spoke design is nothing like the SV. The wheel is an early bandit and it does say on the auction that it is a 3.00 x 17.

Ok I've got a wheel in the right colour you need. It's as staight as 'Julian Clary is bent'. Now that is a guarantee for you. . Very good condition.

I'm of course not giving it away so PM with an offer me if you are interested. I might even accept it. I'm sure you have tried the breakers so you know what they would be looking for . It has got an Avon Azzaro(can't remember which one now) with about 3.5mm of thread.

Cheers
Ben
