no particular reason, mainly looks. i am 6ft 4 so i kinda dwarf it and yes i know of a cheap one. just thinking of an alternative to dogbones

The man has a good point. Would the K4 plastics go on the K3 subframe, though? If this would actually produce a bit more distance from seat to pegs, I would consider it.

You may need a K4 seat to go with the subframe. Not sure they are easily interchangeable.

What about the exhaust hanger or link pipe. This will be diffrent too.

Exhaust hanger is the same across the pointy range. The seat, and rear plastics are not. You would need those as well - they have clearly different part numbers in the microfiches.
The battery box is also different.
