I really like them... Though I think they're better on paper than on tarmac if you know what I mean.

its the sv1000 engine isn't it? i met a man in wales last year on one and he had had the cams changed to give it abit more poke, he also had twin wolf carbon cans on with no insides in them! it sounded like a Lancaster bomber. GREAT!!!

i've had a SV650S and a TL1000S, and in both cases i 'upgraded', to a rap650 and a V-rap 1000 respectively. i still have a TL1000S to trash around the track.
they're better in many aspects then the suzuki's. Better build quality, better hardware (suspension, brakes, frame). They share the awesome suzuki engines, and also the electrics, FI or carbs, controls, etc... they ride so much better then the suzuki's too, much firmer, but much softer at the same time (on speed bumps for example). no upgrades needed. (unlike the money pit that is the TL1000S ) they ride like ducati's, so if you ever ridden one, you know what i mean. the only downside is highway riding: the bikini fairings on the suzuki's make it really comfortable, while on the cagiva's, it's a bit of a fight the price is higher, but you get better hardware i love 'em! here are my babies (well, i recently sold the 650 to the ex-gf) |

I'm sure it was TWO i was reading in ASDA's library earlier today, they reviewed the new 650 injected Raptor and while it was quite good in their opinion it wasn't worth the extra over an SV650.
