It makes you a little insane when you go without a bike for as long as you have. My mate and I used to run around the corridors at uni making brum-brum noises and working out racing lines around the bit by the chancellors office. Why don't you try that in your office? Best find someone to participate though, otherwise you'll look a little odd on your own.

I have to admit despite the cold this morning I had an excellent run in and managed to stick my knee out on a few bends. Felt great...ROLL ON SUMMER!
