Default Stupid?

I went to the quacks this morning, i've had to fast for 12 hours since last night. They've stuck a Blood Pressure monitor on me for 24 hours I've come to work and thinking its not the best idea to ride with it.

Thoughts please?

Depends on how the monitor is attached to you. So long as you get enough freedom to move it should be fine riding with the monitor on.

I'd be more concerned about riding after not eating for 12hours.

You should keep a diary throughout the day so you can see how you blood pressure changes when you're riding/eating/arguing with your boss etc.

The monitor has a battery pack with like a memory stick in it. Its the same as the things they use at the hospital just portable. Its attached to my waist and wire leads to my arm. They take it off me tomorrow, so 23 hours to go

I'd be more worried abut not eatinf for 12 hours ..... mmmmm just tucking into my bacon and egg buttie

I think its good to ride with the monitor on, if it is part of yur daily routine then the point is to monitor your bp on a normal day, so hay ho
