I can't ride my bike.

As if to compund my misery, there are lots of noisy kids in the neighbourhood that are ****ing me off. Marlow needs to cull the children down to a manageable level.

Work tomorrow...............

...and my wrist is still knackered from 7 weeks ago...making all sorts of clicking noises.

So I cannae do yoga, rock climbing or heavy weights down the gym.

I can't ride my bike either
