Re: Intergrated Lights - Question
If you are going to keep the standard indicators on and run with only the integrated ones flashing then that is illegal, if spotted you will be pulled as you have the light but they do not work (same as having a blown tail lamp) and could cause complications in an accident insurance claim.
Saying that, how many bikes on the road are 100% legal? Both of mine aren't, but they are for lights as this is an easily picked up thing after an accident! |

Re: Intergrated Lights - Question
Cheers Dave.....just been and had new tyres fitted and had a chat with them. He said he would pass them as they have seen loads before and in his eyes the new VW's with the indicators in the middle of the brake cluster would be illegal.
Think I am just going to put the new cluster in, but, keep the standards running. Then, when I get my tail tidy I will get some mini's so that it keeps clean. |

Re: Intergrated Lights - Question
PM'd back
Mine are wired using the standard indys aswell, but if needs be i can unplug the tail light indy any time, even road side with a quick tug on the connector cables. They are just pushed into the connector blocks on mine. |

Re: Intergrated Lights - Question
Cheers for the info robo. Do you commute or fine miles only? Am commuting but as said previosuley doesn't seem to be many rozzers on my route as I cut through country lanes etc. Am only on the main road for about 8-10 miles.
