Also loose front sprocket nut can let oil out, but then it tends to come out rather quickly!

As Yorkie says the seal for the front sprocket can leak if the sprocket is loose. Though I find it only a issue when your running the bike hard, say above 6k, as I've managed to leak on the motorway journey to work and then wonder why it stopped when I was bimbling round town.

Its worth noting again here that sprocket nuts do loosen over time, even when torqued up, locktited and properly lock washered!

(I think its actually wear rather than the nut loosens but the effect is the same).

Check your nuts every service!

Its iis loose and only held tightish by the washer thing. Anyone know the torque setting for this?
