Well it does take the edge off my brain as well as the pain.

Last time I had the back pain bad, I was on morphine and the DF118. Now that was the work of the devil. Also having a pretty young asian doctor wearing an islamic headscarf sticking her hand up my bum meant I was glad I was out my tree.

I've just started swimming, which I hate, but needed to do something for my gammy wrist (which I did when I fell off the bike in the summer), I go at 7am twice a week and it's also doing wonders for my back too. Really getting into it now, I'd certainly recommend it.

If Tamadol is like every other pain killer it becomes an ar5e ache.
