Thanks to everyone who replied to me (greenzombie). Coolant in sump oil is due to blown head gasket. ' Looks like I'll be working on the chain gang a bit longer this week. I owe, I owe, so off to work I go.

Well, more noticably, you'd have a litre or so of coolant in your oil. Like SV650Racer says, that only usually happens if you use water instead of coolant and it freezes, very rare. Doubt it's your problem.

I reckon the water pump seals have the capacity to leak coolant into the cases, but I've never heard of that happening even once, so again, unlikely.

Like's been asked, how much coolant here? And are you totally sure it's not just water emulsion from condensation?
