Re: Bike Cutting Out
Just standard other than the exhaust! Did you get it sorted in the end?
They changed the plugs as they were 4 years old, and there were no other problems. No error codes on ECU, no blocked airways and the throttle body position sensor was absolutely fine. It has only started cutting out on me the once, and it ran like a beauty when they took it for a 30 mile spin. Hopefully it was just the once and it will run fine from now on! |
Re: Bike Cutting Out
if it happens again check your front plug. sv's are notorius for flooding round the front plug. when you change the plug , spray it with sone stuff like WD40 and cover the HT lead with vasaline or somthing( doesnt sound pretty but it works) and if you've run the tank low on fuel you may of picked up some crud from the tank. sorry if its a bit late but it may help :)
