I slept through lunch today....unless I am working, nine times outta ten I don't eat lunch cos I be lazy!!

My eating habits can be a bit messed up with the shift work I have done for the past five years, where sometimes we don't even have a chance for food so I often just eat when I can...and sometimes it's just whatever I can!

Re: What do you eat for lunch?

my lunch is a home made sandwich with cheese and turkey ham or philadelfia and salmon.

and then throughout the rest of the day I have fruits like grapes or cherrys.

If peckish will have a 2 finger kitkat

This is so that I can lose the gut!! AND I WILL LOSE IT :)

Re: What do you eat for lunch?

It varies but today:

Two Ginster slices (spicey chicken & peppered steak)
Kellogg's nutri-grain bar (strawberry)
Terry's choc orange cookies x4
A packet of salt&v hula hoops
Two kiwi's
An apple
Bannana

I can eat quite alot becasue I'm very active at work as well as out of work, but I try and get some fruits in there just to be healthy, I don't like them very much though.

Re: What do you eat for lunch?

Mine varies, but it always enough to feed a small army.
Today I had:
2 x cheese, ham and pickle cobs
Pasta and bacon salad
2 x bags of crips (skips and quavers)
1 x banana
1 x apple
1 x nom yogart
2 x goahead bars
1 x scones
1 x Mars bar
and a selection of mixed/dried fruit

I'm trying to put weight on, but all the stuff I eat has to be eatable at work, so no cooking.
