Yes, they sit slightly further back, but they will fit.

Ok, i'll try to explain. The Triangle bits that fit to the frame on the naked, the sides are all equal in length, on the s, they are slightly longer on 2 sides, so the peg will sit slightly further back that they do on the naked. In all honesty if i hadnt said anything, you wouldnt have noticed. They will be fine.
