hmm not sure what to make of it really but i've just seen my job description on the internet! So were not that busy that we need another person and we dont have the space in the office. So im guessing that means that one of us is going? engineering is very poor at the moment so what do i do?

Has one of your collegues handed their notice in without you knowing.

They can't make some one redudant and also advertise the same job.... if they do whoever they make redudant has a good case of unfair dismissal.

Go ahead have a look at other jobs available, but you'll be hard pushed. Matts been looking for stuff, graduate engineering jobs have gone from 50 on a website, to nil. Hard times!
Hes having to suffer in a chocolate factory being paid the same wage as his unqualifed Mrs, much to the disappointment of our plans for the year :-(
