Just added a power socket

After my Garmin which i mount to rev counter, ran out of juice just when i needed it in France i thought i would add a socket to charge it and give it constant power. Will also be handy for charging mobile in my tank bag as well as powering my tyre inflator.

I have only zip tied it but is solid and can always move to another location if need be. Looks better than in the pics and works well. Not sure about location though. What you guys think? Does it look silly where i have attached it?

Semi-faired. Blunder-road used the wrong ones on my SV. So i have the housing ready for the full fairing but not the full fairing

Sticked to rev counter for a good 2 hours and did not come loose at high spped at all. The genuine Garmin car charger has an L shaped mini usb socket and across this i put a few strips of black insulating tape to hold the wire againt the body. Should the bracket ever come loose then the garmin unit wont fall but just hang a lil so you wont lose the beloved satnav.

Great if it looks ok then i will leave as is for now

I have mine just behind the headlight on the insde of the off side bracket facing down (curvy). Nothing to be seen when its not in use, when I shove the sat nav car charger in I wrap the lead around the indicator once then off to the sat nav...works well
