Nope...
Yes. |
Re: Anyone seen these?
they are very flimsy apparently
|
Re: Anyone seen these?
Made in China. Says it all really. Theres no way I'm putting them on my 749....S :)

Re: Anyone seen these?
Consensus seems to be they are a bit flimsy, not the most perfect paint jobs in the world and need some work to fit but are a fraction of the cost of real panels and look OK (certainly better than a trashed set of plastics).

Re: Anyone seen these?
I guess for a track bike or a set of panels to put on your bike while you are on a track they would be okay but they certainly wouldn't be an asthetic choice.

Re: Anyone seen these?
If you are worried about dropping your Ducati and damaging their over-priced panels then I would say get them, however these Chinese ones are not made of the toughest materials and as mentioned earlier some work is required to get them to fit properly.

Re: Anyone seen these?
Personally I'd say worth getting a set, sticking the originals in storage and then refitting them when it comes to sell the bike, especially if they do 888 bodywork[1]...
Druid [1] Try getting 888 panels new! |
Re: Anyone seen these?
yeh in the likely event that i end up with a ducati at some point i think i definatly will be investing in some as i think they do look awesome
