That is so sad. I can't begin to imagine how bad it must have been living there for that poor man and his neighbours.

I remember this story when it first came out! For that to have happened, the guy must have had some serious learning/mental health problems, so why wasn't there some social work involvement with appropriate adults and the like?
And I am sorry, but how the hell did the warden think it was a blocked toilet? If anyone has smelled decomposing flesh...it does not smell like a toilet!! |
