In a food processor, blitz up 2 slices of bread, fresh herbs if available, couple of cloves of garlic. Add to mince, add an egg to bind and hey presto....oh, salt n pepper too :D
If you fancy spicey ones then add chilli, or curry powder. The choices are limitless.

lol cheers mate, you could have atleast put a reference to rustlers in there somewhere?

I'm thinking more along the lines of 0-to-tasty-in-around-20-minutes

Sooooooooo many things you can do. Depends on what you fancy...you could go as Rai and Cuffy have said. Add parmesan, leave the bread out (if you leave the bread out you can leave the egg out) or bread in and make them go a bit further.

You can do BBQ burgers, a tbsp smoked paprika, tsp garlic powder tsp onion powder, tsp dried rosemary and a pinch of salt and pepper. Actually if you have any skewers, soak them and do this recipe, but really work the mix in your hands so it's more like a thick paste, then roll into sausages and place on skewers. If you want a BBQ sauce to go with them, 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, 1tsp smoked paprika, pinch of garlic and onion powder, splash of white wine or cider vingegar, even sarsons will do, just use a small splash. Heat until all come together taste and add a bit more sugar if needed. You'll know if it needs sugar if it tastes to ketchupy!
Cuffy has had these ( the pork version).

You could make meatballs and use salt, pepper, dried oregano/marjoram and serve with pasta in an easy tomato sauce...ask if you want a recipe for that.

The possibilities are endless Paul...get creative :-)

fwoar.... and there I was thinking I'd get 'creative' with reggae reggae sauce lol..

Is the idea of the egg & breadcrumbs to pad the mixture out or help the meat stay together or other? I'll stop at sainsburys on the way home and report back :D
