Large bat + Reasonable force + your face = instant sleep.

What is the problem atm? You sleeping on the floor or something?

Try taking a fat off load of pillows and making a superbed. Its the right thing to do.

PJ just woke me... screaming for no apparent reason...

Thats not good at all :( the sleeping problem not Grinch's problem :D

I know I cant get to sleep if my mind is thinking about lots of things, so I have to calm things down, sometimes having some background music/noise makes things better as you concentrate less on whats on your mind.

Melatonin works wonders, just difficult to get in this country.

Lots of ganja??

On a more serious note, try and relax and clear your mind. I've found myself still wondering about things at 3am many a time. Lavender smelly stuff all over the bed sometimes works too.

Benalyn (drowsy, not that wimp non-drowsy stuff) works a treat. Add some co-codamol tablets if that doesn't work.
