Tiem requried to fit exhaust?

Right, my exhaust didn't arrive over the weekend, which is quite annoying!!!!

I'm hoping that it'll arrive tonight. Question is: How long would it take to fit?

I can't take a sick day so a leisurely day donig it tomorrow is out of the question.

Think I've got all the tools I'll need:

Hacksaw
Spanner
Exhaust sealant stuff
metal tape measure

Could I get it done in say 3 hours (max) tonight? It's just a bit of sawing right?

I'll worry about unrivetting the baffle at the weekend.

forget the hacksaw, use an angle grinder or air saw if you have access to one. far quicker and neater

I did mine with a Dremmel, got through about 4 cutting disks, but still much quicker than a hacksaw.

if ure using a hacksaw then itll take a while to saw it ,use an angle grinder ,gets through it in next to no time 8)

hacksaw only for me.

Now "Air saw". does that use the same materials as an air guitar? ;o)

I'll get me (air-)coat.

grinder is the way to go! zero effort! i didnt use sealer, it leaked abit at first but black exhaust shi# must have blocked it from the inside cuz it dont now.
plus sealer will make it harder to remove if ever you have to take it off again.
