Anyone know how to make: rice pudding

Quite fancy some. Shop's too far away.

Can I just use:

Basmati Rice & skimmed milk?

Or is there something more I need?

I dont think you can do it so good with basmati rice, im sure you can buy proper pudding rice, which is shorter.

Didn't think that the Carlisle match was being televised?

You need pudding rice. Basmati won't work.

Plus sugar, and milk. Preferably full fat, it makes it creamy. Don't remember the quantities but mix it all up in the dish, shove it in the oven on a lowish heat and leave it for a few hours, it's scrummy.
