Hi Graham - sorry I didn't get back to you. I've gone for a road legal end pipe and now after riding daily for the past 7 months I am not having problems with the seat, so won't be changing it....

Fitted a small Puig dark smoke screen to mine. looks nice, but haven't been over 50mph yet. My commute is generally 20mph heading on to town.

Yep, it pushes you forward and cushioning is paper thin. There are plenty of solutions out there. Some quite pricey though

HJC IS-17 Hi Viz

Just got a new helmet and have stuck with HJC. The IS-17 is a great helmet and decent price at £149-00. Importantly it carries the SHARP 5 stars and comes with pinlock insert and integral sun visor....
