We took the dogs to LLyn Brenig yesterday. The new rescue hound had his little mind blown by people, dogs, birds, a lake!, children, etc. Clearly he has not been taken out much in his previous homes...

My CT bill just arrived and has gone up 5%. My water bill has barely changed as we are not charged for supply due to it being unreliable. The whole village is on the same 'deal'

Have you reported to the council? It might not get cleaned (probably not) but the farmer can be fined for not cleaning up. Hitting a farmer in the pocket usually focuses the mind.
