I really can't see anyone riding pillion for great distances on the Daytona or any recent sportbike for that matter. I'm amazed they're legal. There is absolutely noting to hang on to and the feet are so high up and cramped your circulation stops after 50miles perched up there plus you get most of the wind blast. I'm amazed the wife likes riding pillion on my SV, I wouldn't and the SV is one of the comfiest IMO for pillions. My brother has a Kwak Z750 and although basically a road bike there's only a leather strap around the back seat to hang on to. Why are the manufacturers making bikes with two seats when the rear is near imposible to use?
