Absolutely not!!! there`s quite a significant difference. My first bike was a CBR F..... way too heavy for me and way to big. I had it lowered but still rode on tip toes which meant that the bike was always over balancing and being dropped. Wasn`t a problem riding it... just stopping!

I wasn`t able to turn it around by sitting on it and pushing with my feet, I`d have to get off it and drag the mamma round to point it in the right direction.
I then had a fazer but only for a short time as I didn`t like it that much. The SV was the answer to my dreams. Is considerably lighter and I can push it around whilst sat on it. After coming off the CBR I had major confidence issues and I doubt I`d have ever got back on a bike until someone suggested having a look at the SV.
