Default e-mailing about buying a bike

i think i have found a new bike

http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/287107.htm

, just about to email someone about it, anything you think i may have missed?

hi,

im intrested in your bike, & have a few questions,

has the bike ever been dropped, is there any damage marks or scratc's to the bike
is it HPI clear
how many owners has it had (how long have you had it)
you say pads C&S tyres are in good cond, when did you replace them
is the full service history from a Honda dealer
how much would you take for the bike cash

thank you

I would harmlessly ask the question....is there some room for negotiation on the price? Rather than expecting him to get a ha*d on cos you mentioned cash.

Mileage?

Has it been used for trackdays,(people here in Spain are very nervous of bikes that have been screwed around tracks) But then again how would you know if it had?

Following on from my question re MOT

If it wasn't long ago, were there any advisorys, did it sail through

If it is due soon, will it be ok in condition now?

May sound silly but i'd ask it.

You could ask how good is it for doing wheelies and donuts on? Is it good for stoppies. If he answers..."GREAT!" then stay well clear! HTH
