Default my work place woes

i dont know were to start really

from last February i have been working as a Work Area Manager on a temporary basis this position pays me about £90 per week more than my basic money, anyhow work have been messing me around abit and my dilemma is whether to pack it in and go back to my normal position or whether to put up with the hassles and think of the future prospects?

the hassles start with pay, they now owe me over £200 in unpaid wages due to our office manager not signing the allowances sheet telling our staffing i am due this money.

when they haven't got a managing position for me to do i go back to my normal manual working position, trouble is its a day here and a day their and i get the distinct feeling they are just using me

when in a managing position i have to enforce the rules to my work mates this makes it difficult when i have to go back to my old job and i have to work with these guys

I'm not a s#it, the staff actually like me as a manager because I'm a big softey really and i try to make work a pleasant place to be,

my moans and groans now go back to last Friday because Ive just had a week off work and they haven't contacted me to let me know what I'm doing Tuesday (tomorrow) so Friday i contacted them to find out i was back on my manual job on a 4 day week Tuesday to Friday, now staffing have foned me this morning and asked me why i haven't attended work? they have me down on a 5 day week and now i am absent from duty!

1. Insist on getting the money that is owed to you.

Once you've got it...consider your options...

stay/leave/stay/leave/stay/leave....

Sounds like they're a bit woolly but what do I know?

Think of the pay packet - does it outweigh the hassle?

Is it money for old rope?

Think of your pension.
Seriously ----Try not to get wound up by it all and just turn up and pocket what money you can get.Take the acting up cushy number as long as its available and you can do it without losing your mates.
Next year there may be no job at all.

so apart from the inconvenience of knowing what you are doing and the pay issue there is nothing else, right?

my approach would be send an email to your boss and tell him you have not yet been and the issue with HR having you down as AWOL.

sorting these 2 out should put u in a better position
