well i'll be damned :-)
Just recieved an apology letter with a £5 john lewis voucher from a fancydress co.
The reason is they were not able to fulfill my order. Well impressed by that!

me and my mrs are also looking for fancy dress for new yrs eve...and as a result of there £5 niceness word gets out and more people are likely to use them....well done to them doing business as it should be done
